Course Description:
The 4-H Thriving Model is a micro-learning course for 4-H agents, volunteers, and teen leaders about the four developmental contexts of the 4-H Thriving Model. The self-paced course contains four modules which each include videos less than 4-minutes and interactive content pages designed to strengthen your foundation for the 4-H Thriving Model. A digital certificate of completion is emailed when the course is finished.

Course Requirements:
This micro-learning course requires about 12-minutes to watch the 4 videos. Module activities need about 30 minutes or more to complete, dependent on learner engagement. The interactive module activities include some of the following: journaling, selecting icons, buttons, or tabs, dragging and dropping cards, or making scenarios choices.
Technical Requirements:
To participate fully in this course, you will need:
- An active email address for the individual participating in the course.
- A desktop computer or laptop (recommended): Canvas is available on mobile devices, but some content may appear differently.
- Access to a high-speed internet connection.
- A web browser compatible with Canvas: Chrome and Firefox are recommended.
- Headphones or speakers (closed captioning also available).
- Computer skills including Internet browsing, using email, typing, downloading files, and basic troubleshooting.
