Managing Soilless Media In Raised Beds

Course Description:

This course provides a comprehensive overview of best practices for selecting, managing, and maintaining soilless media in raised beds. Participants will learn how effective media management supports plant health, improves nutrient use efficiency, enhances water use efficiency and reduces environmental impacts. The course also addresses common questions and challenges faced by gardeners and community garden leaders when growing in raised-bed systems.

Course Requirements:

This course is for home gardeners and community gardeners looking to improve management practices for raised beds. This course is asynchronous and online. From the day that you register, you will have 90 days to complete the course. Participants will take a knowledge-check quiz for each module to ensure they retain the content from the lecture videos. You will have unlimited attempts to take the knowledge-check quiz. You must complete all course requirements to receive your certificate of completion.
